If it is after regular office hours and you have an urgent condition which you feel requires you to speak with the doctor on-call, dial the main office number and push "0" when prompted to do so to immediately speak with a person at our answering service.  They will contact the on-call doctor and your call will be returned as soon as possible.  If your telephone has "anonymous call rejection", please turn this feature off so the doctor can reach you.  (FYI: Dr Russell shares call coverage with Dr. David Shinstrom of Orcas Family Health Center.)
